Residential Staging to Sell

Showcasing is the final step in the staging process. Immediately prior to the Open House, our team will physically arrange all furniture, artwork, accent pieces and lifestyle items in order to make your property ready to sell. This process may include:

• Rearranging existing furniture, accent pieces and artwork prior to Open House
• Coordinating the cleaning, clearing, and storage of existing furniture, and personal items prior to Open House
• Coordinating with furniture rental companies regarding the delivery of furniture, and accent pieces prior to Open House
• Organizing the collection of all rental items following Open House
• Following the showcasing, we also offer a “white gloves” service where a staging consultant will return to the property days after the initial showcasing to touch things up while property is on the market.
